Payments and Cancellation
Payment terms.
1. For DonnaAmore holiday bookings made more than 12 weeks before the arrival date, a deposit payment of 50% of the total is required.
2. Bookings made less than 12 weeks before the DonnaAmore holiday require a 100% total payment on the day of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your participation in the DonnaAmore holiday, please send an email to info@donna-amore.com. The following cancellation payments apply:
​1. More than 12 weeks before arrival - 50% payment of the full amount of £2000.
2. Less than 12 weeks before arrival - 100% payment of the full amount of £2000
If payment for participation in the DonnaAmore holiday is made more than 12 weeks before arrival and is then canceled within 2 weeks, the full amount paid will be refunded.
If you need to cancel your membership in the DonnaAmore holiday, you have the option to find a replacement. Transferring your booking to another person is free of charge. If you have paid the deposit or the entire amount, you are responsible for recovering this money from the individual taking your place.
Please note that no refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
